Warranty
While the wood used to make your Hickory Arms product is hand chosen to best fulfill the requirements of the proper use of that particular item, it is impossible to see into the wood to look for natural defects or areas of weakness that could cause the product to break. If your product does break due to a wood, material, or manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, the product will be replaced.

Products broken after the 30 day period will be handled on a case by case basis. All decisions of Hickory Arms employees regarding warranties are final.

Our sword warranty does not apply to woods other than hickory.

Shipping to Hickory Arms and proof of purchase will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser/owner of the product.

Warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Moreover, in no event shall the Seller or Manufacturer be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages from the use or misuse of Hickory Arms products.

General Disclaimer
Hickory Arms Online (“Seller”) Hickory Arms (“Manufacturer”), its employees, and associated companies assume no responsibility for injury, damage or loss incurred, intentional or otherwise, due to the use or misuse of any merchandise made or sold by Hickory Arms.

Compliance with local, state, and federal laws and/or statutes is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or final user of any Hickory Arms products.

Any item that launches a projectile, even a toy, can be dangerous and potentially cause injury or property damage. Use of any items as ammunition other than those listed by the Manufacturer is not recommended and can cause injury or damage to the intentional or incidental target.

Crossbow/Siege Weapon Disclaimer

Hickory Arms, its employees, and associated companies assume no responsibility for injury, damage or loss incurred, intentional or otherwise, due to the use of any merchandise made or sold by Hickory Arms. Compliance with local, state, and federal laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the purchaser. Weapons, wasters or other products, will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18 without permission or consent of a parent or guardian. Purchase of merchandise from Hickory Arms implies agreement to the above statements by the purchaser.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Maine. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between the Manufacturer or Seller and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or obligations shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Maine. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Products must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

The failure of the Manufacturer or Seller to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. The Manufacturer or Seller may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you the Buyer.

Statement of Age Requirement
Weapons, wasters or other products, will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18. By purchasing items from the Seller, you affirm that you are 18 years or older.

Consent
Purchase of merchandise from Hickory Arms implies agreement to the above statements by the purchaser(s).
